Shipping & Delivery
UK Standard Delivery
We usually ship orders with Royal Mail - tracking can be followed at https://www.royalmail.com/track-trace
Deliveries will usually be made within 3-5 working days after your order is dispatched (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
UK Standard Delivery is currently offered free of charge on all orders, and your order will be sent out via the most suitable courier, depending on the total size and weight of your order. We do offer an upgrade to RM24 Tracked which is an additional £2,00.
Your order can be delivered at any time between 7am and 7pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will usually leave a calling card advising how you can either arrange a redelivery or to collect your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next working day.
UK Next Day Delivery
We offer a Next Day Delivery service at a cost of £8.40, which will be delivered by DHL Parcel UK.
When choosing Next Day Delivery, please be aware that the bulk of our orders are still printed to order, and so 'Next Day Delivery' means the day following despatch of your order, and excludes weekends and bank holidays. On some instances, DHL Parcel UK may deliver on a Saturday but this is at the discretion of the delivery depot.

International Delivery
We have tried our best to accurately estimate the delivery costs for as many countries as possible. If your order is smaller than 2KG, it will be shipped via Royal Mail. Anything larger will either be split into multiple deliveries or shipped via an international courier.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and the service option are selected.
Additional Delivery Information
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as most couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt.
Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight and destination. Details will be communicated to you once the order has been processed.
We cannot accept orders from countries not listed on our 'delivery countries' list. If you wish to order from outside of this list, then please contact our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)1257 686604 or hello@faithfulprints.co.uk for further information.
For orders being sent outside the EU, VAT is deducted from the price when a non-EU delivery address is selected.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
