    General Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in it's original packaging. If your item is an item of clothing, this must be returned unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    To start a return, you can contact us at returns@faithfulprints.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

    Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received by our warehouse, our staff will inspect it's condition and will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. 

    If your refund has been approved, your refund will be issued at the same time, and will be credited back to your original payment method. This may take 3-5 working days to show on your card depending on your bank/payment provider.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received a refund, please double check your bank account/credit card statement
    and then contact us so that we can check the status on our end . We will do everything we can to help and will direct you to the best course of action. You can contact us at returns@faithfulprints.co.uk

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Gifts Where You Are Not The Purchaser

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a
    store credit for the value of the refund. Once the returned item is received and accepted, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the order was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser has the order shipped to themselves, we will only be able to issue the refund to the purchaser and the purchaser will be notified of the return.

    Shipping Your Return To Us

    To return your product to us, please first email returns@faithfulprints.co.uk for a return authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have this, please return your item to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is being returned due to it being damaged or faulty.
    Our recommendation is to return the item with some form of tracking as we cannot be held responsible for returns being lost in the post.
